With headquarters in St Leonards-on-sea, East Sussex, In Situ Site Investigation employs 37 staff and operates internationally across many locations. The company is a well-established ground investigation services business founded in 2008 by managing director Darren Ward and has grown steadily over the years based on a strong client focus, enabling it to branch out into other areas of cone penetration testing as well as pressuremeters such as self-boring pressuremeters, high-pressure dilatometers, Ménard pressuremeter tests and cone pressuremeter testing.
This is the 7th acquisition by the CTS Group in the last 18 months and further strengthens its position as a market leader in all geotechnical consulting, construction materials testing and surveying and monitoring services and expands and enhances its testing capabilities.
