The Italian drill rig manufacturer made the decision to enter the US market with a strategic collaboration with Enid, Oklahoma-based Astec Foundation Equipment following growing interest from North America.

Astec Foundation Equipment is now providing sales throughout the US territory of all foundation and geotechnical drilling rigs made by Fraste and a rental service will be available in the near future. Along with sales, Astec Foundation Equipment will be providing presale advice and after-sales service.

Speaking about the agreement, Elena Fracca of Faste's commercial department said: "We believe this is a great news for all our current and future customers in US that will have immediate local availability of our products and services together with excellent support.

"Fraste and Astec Foundation Equipment will be in contact daily for an efficient and high quality technical commercial assistance service; the specialised sales team will provide full assistance and customer care from the beginning to the completion of the supply and on. With this new dealership, Fraste brand will be always greater and the US market will be our new challenge."
