Increasing the safety of the operator and on-site workers, the Marini MR-SB is completely radio-controlled. The system has an automatic nozzle rotation, spanning 110 degrees, allowing for manoeuvrability, as well as greater speed of positioning and work procedures.

The new shotcrete lance is adaptable for use with cranes, excavators, and telehandlers. For use on telescopic trick cranes, the Marini MR-SB can be combined with a dedicated hydraulic power pack to provide the required hydraulic flow at the unit, without having to modify the hydraulic circuit of the lifting equipment.

"We are very excited to present to the UKI market this brand-new line from Marini," said Skelair's sales director, Steph Keane, "The Marini MR-SB shotcrete system, while small in size, packs some real power."

The Marini MR-SB's compact design has a footprint of just 1,100mm x 1,000mm and a maximum weight of 400Kg. The system has a rotation speed of 60rpm, maximum hydraulic working pressure of 180bar (2,610psi), and a minimum hydraulic flow of 35lpm (9.2gpm).

"Marini are committed to adding value to the market through innovation," said Mario Bozzola, Marini's sales area manager. "Being fully remote-controlled and conformable to a range of bases, the MR-SB provides substantial accessibility and versatility."
