The new members include 521 STRE (WD); Ace Drilling Services; ANTS Drilling Services; Causeway Geotech; Danbar; Elliott Ground Source Drilling Services; Euro Repair UK; Forester Drilling; Genesis Risk Solutions; and Mincon International UK.

Speaking about the new members, Anne Baxter, chair of the BDA, said: "It is always great to welcome new members, but to announce ten additions is a tremendous boost to the association.

"The variety of skills these companies bring will greatly enhance the BDA's knowledge base, as well as allowing it to better represent the drilling industry, both within the sector and at a more strategic level as a specialist contractor in construction.

"As the BDA drives forward standards, innovation and critical issues such as best practice and health and safety, new member input will be invaluable."
