Once completed the site will encompass 37,000m² offices and an underground car park for about 550 cars on 4 levels, with an eye on sustainable development.

Franki Foundations has already started the preparatory work of nailing, to secure the existing surrounding wall. A second phase will start in September with the installation of 400 linear metre of diaphragm wall, divided into 50 panels, which will form the walls of the car park.

Finally, in early 2019, Franki Foundations will finish with the execution of two levels of anchors; in total of 250 anchors of 1000kN, reinforcing the previously built walls.

The foundation works are being undertaken by Franki Foundations on behalf of AG Real Estate.
