Piacenza Expo has announced the dates for the next edition of Geofluid, the international exhibition of technologies and equipment for the exploration, extraction and transport of underground fluids, and a European reference point for drilling and foundations.

Having broken attendance records when it was last held in Piacenza, Italy, in 2023, the next edition of the event will take place in 2026 from 7 to 10 October.

The show's organisers have confirmed that the themes of water and new energies will continue to be dominant at the next Geofluid. A feature that will be further enhanced by a technologically changed exhibitor fleet with the adoption of greater digitalisation thanks to artificial intelligence applied to site processes. A green revolution in these sectors will again be supported by EU funds for the environment and investments by energy multinationals that can encourage new construction sites on both large-scale works and punctual interventions and have a greater impact on the issues of environmental protection, hydrogeological instability and alternative sources.

Once again geothermal energy, soil remediation and tunnel maintenance for road networks will also be reference interventions for geotechnical operators attending the Italian exhibition.

The new equipment, software and technology already available for the shipbuilding industry will be the added value of the event, which boasts the certified status of an ‘international exhibition'.
