Spinning right out of the pandemic

As many nations increasingly perceive self-sufficiency in rare metals and minerals as essential to economic recovery the rotary drilling sector looks set to spin right out of the pandemic and into the sustainable energy market. In general, says Signe Hansen, this looks to result in a greater demand for new projects and, after the pandemic’s specific challenges, a greater demand for remote and automated solutions.
