The programme allows PYBAR engineers to develop skills not traditionally offered in the contracting space with Mining One providing technical expertise in the fields of mine engineering, geotechnical engineering and resource geology.

At the same time, PYBAR is hosting Mining One engineers, exposing them to its underground operational know-how and best practice processes and procedures.

The first PYBAR engineer to participate in the program is Alan Bermingham from the King Vol Project who is on a six-month secondment at the Mining One offices in Melbourne.
