Occupying a small footprint for easy site access, the rigs are available in four-tonne, six-tonne, and 10-tonne pullback versions and come with a range of engines up to 300hp, including fully compliant EU options.

Customers can also choose from a range of rotary heads based on their drilling needs - whether they will be carrying out multifunctional drilling applications or require a dedicated rig for wireline coring or water well drilling.

Five of the new Dando Jackal 4000s have already been supplied to Nigeria where they will be conducting mud rotary and down-the-hole techniques for water well drilling

The drill rig manufacturer has also announced that its Dando Duke is undergoing final site testing with selected customers and will be available for sale from the July 15.

Available in both trailer and track mounted versions, the new cable percussion rig will feature a range of innovations for increased efficiency and productivity including a hydraulically operated telescopic mast allowing a variety of drilling positions, and a small footprint for towing.
