Formerly general manager at Keller Getec, Roffey has returned to ITM Monitoring having previously worked for the company as a senior site engineer on the Crossrail project. Given his history with ITM Monitoring, he already benefits from an in-depth knowledge of the business and how it operates, as well as working relationships within SOCOTEC - ITM Monitoring's parent company - and the wider industry.

"The seamless functioning of the operations team is vital to client satisfaction," said Roffey. "With this in mind, my main responsibilities as operations director include ensuring the team is well supported, well managed and that they have the resources and equipment they need to deliver a project efficiently, safely, on time and within budget."

Jeff Foggo joins ITM as senior project manager

Jeff Foggo joins ITM as senior project manager from Site Engineering Surveys (SES), where he worked for over six years contracting and project managing structural and environmental monitoring schemes on some of the largest construction projects in London and the surrounding areas. His experience of delivering high profile monitoring projects - including the Battersea Power Station redevelopment, London Gateway Port and Bond Street upgrade - makes him a great asset to both ITM and its clients.

Commenting on his new position, Foggo said: "ITM is working on such a diverse range of projects and I feel I have what it takes to assist all team members across departments to ensure these projects are delivered efficiently. This is a great time to be joining ITM, following the SOCOTEC acquisition. The company has gone through some rapid growth over recent months, winning some fantastic new projects, and it will be great to help to further expand this portfolio."

Stuart Fawcett has transferred to ITM from SOCOTEC

Previously account manager at SOCOTEC UK, Stuart Fawcett has transferred to ITM as business development manager. His extensive experience of working with tier 1 contractors, consultants and primary stakeholders - and his knowledge of professional services across civils, geotechnical ground and structural investigations - perfectly positions him to understand the challenges faced by ITM's clients, and work closely with them and the company's internal teams to develop workable monitoring solutions.

"ITM has a great reputation in the industry for delivering efficient, fit for purpose monitoring solutions," said Fawcett. "Like ITM, I place a strong emphasis on delivery, technical service and developing sustainable client relationships, so transferring to ITM was a natural fit for me. Already, it is clear to see that ITM is a very connected company, with the various teams within the business - R&D, technical support, data acquisition and operations - all working together as a cohesive unit for the benefit of clients."
