The development is being built by Ballymore and when complete in 2020, will include over 800 new homes, 2,000m² of commercial space and the restoration of the Grade II listed Orchard Dry Dock.

Sheet Piling (UK) will be responsible for installing steel sheet piles to form a new river wall, construction a new permanent sheet pile basement, installing all associated tie bars and wailing beams, plus the installation of steel tubular jetty piles. In total around 1,800Te of steel sheet piles and associated steelwork materials will be supplied to the London sheet piling project.

The works will be carried out using a variety of sheet pile installation methods with the majority of the plant and equipment being supplied from our own in-house resources. These include telescopic leader rigs, telescopic and lattice boom crawler cranes and crane suspended piling equipment. The overall development is programmed to be completed in 2020.
