On Friday, November 22, 2024, the Federation of Piling Specialists (FPS) celebrated its prestigious 60th Anniversary Awards, at the Hilton London Bankside Hotel.

The event saw outstanding attendance, with industry leaders and FPS members coming together to honour remarkable achievements in the piling sector.

The evening was a resounding success, with each award celebrating innovation, dedication, and progress in the geotechnical industry. The winners of the five accolades were:

·       Safety Innovation Award - Cementation Skanska, CSS Live

·       Sustainability Award - Tensar, Real-Scale Temporary Working Platform

·       Rising Star Award - Sam Blanchard of Cementation Skanska

·       Chair's Award - Matthew Lamb of Keltbray

·       Lifetime Achievement Award - James Blackwell of Martello Pilling
