Under the agreement, BlastOne will distribute and service Chicago Pneumatic portable compressors, light towers and generator lines through its Asia Pacific network.

Chicago Pneumatic offers a full range of sizes of portable compressors to power a variety of applications, all designed for job site-tough durability and long-lasting performance. These models are easy to maintain, manoeuvre and operate, including a straightforward control panel.

The Chicago Pneumatic company was founded in 1901 when innovator John W. Duntley patented the first single-valve pneumatic hammer. Since then, it has enjoyed many decades of collaboration with customers and business partners, based on technology and trust.

Matt Le Cornu, regional general manager Australia and Oceania for Chicago Pneumatic Portable Equipment says the distribution agreement will make it easier for customers to access quality Chicago Pneumatic products and exceptional service and support.

"This agreement allows us to broaden our presence through the BlastOne National footprint, bringing the Chicago Pneumatic brand closer to customers across the country. With Chicago Pnuematic celebrating our 120th anniversary in 2021, I think now is the perfect time to be expanding our footprint through strategic relationships with partners who share the same values and vision and who rely on strong historical foundations whilst being firmly focussed on a sustainable future."

Matthew Rowland, CEO of BlastOne, said: "We are excited to be partnering with Atlas Copco and distributing the Chicago Pneumatic range which is a natural extension to our current products."
