Netzsch Pumps USA will be showcasing its line of complex fluid handling solutions for mining applications at MINExpo, in Las Vegas. Visitors to the event can see firsthand the NEMO Progressing Cavity Pump, TORNADO T1 Gen F Rotary Lobe Pump, PERIPRO Peristaltic Pumps, and Dewatering Skid, ideal for mines that require a small and compact movable unit to address their dewatering challenges.

The NEMO Progressing Cavity Pump is known for its continuous, pressure-stable, gentle and low-pulsation conveyance of almost any process fluid without being affected by fluctuations in pressure, viscosity or solids content.

The TORNADO T1 Generation F pump is extremely versatile for just about any orientation and installation. Its robust design offers longevity, operational flexibility, and dry-run capabilities. It allows the pump to operate and handle many upset process conditions without causing harm to the pump. The pumps are available up to over 4,000gpm and up to 145psi. They also offer up to 25% more efficiency.

PERIPRO Peristaltic Pumps have a heavy-duty construction for demanding applications, with large, easy-to-maintain rollers for longer service life. These pumps are ideal for complex fluids, such as abrasive, corrosive, viscous, and delicate products. Ultimately, this pump design provides energy savings of up to 30% and requires 90% less lubricant when compared to other peristaltic pumps using shoe technology.

Netzsch pumps are available in a wide range of flow and pressure capabilities. These pump types, as well as the dewatering skid tank, can be constructed from carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanised steel, and Halar/rubber-lined steel, depending on application needs.
